A clinic receptionist that answers while you’re with a patient.
Daphne answers your practice phone when you or your receptionist are busy. She books, moves and cancels appointments, reminds patients the day before and leaves you a summary of every call.
What patients ask on the phone.
Bookings per doctor
Each doctor or therapist has their own hours and each service its own length: first visit, follow-up, session.
Moves and cancellations
Patients change their own appointment and the freed slot is available for someone else.
Fewer no-shows
Daphne calls the patient the working day before. Anyone who can’t come cancels in time.
GESY and insurance
Tell her whether you accept GESY referrals, insurers or private patients, and she answers correctly.
Before-visit instructions
What to bring, fasting, where to park. From your own text.
No medical advice
She never assesses symptoms. For urgent cases she gives the instructions you set, such as 112 or your on-call mobile.
A cancellation and a new booking in one call.
A dental clinic in Larnaca, 14:10, the dentist is treating a patient.
Your patients’ data
Calls are never recorded. For each call only a short written summary is kept (who called, about which appointment, what happened) so you know what happened. It is deleted automatically after 12 months.
Data is stored on servers in Europe. Daphne says she is a digital assistant at the start of every call. Patient medical records never pass through her: she only sees the appointment diary and what you write about the practice.
Questions from clinics
Can she book for several doctors?
Yes. Each doctor has their own hours and services with their own durations. The patient says who they want, or Daphne offers the first available.
What if a patient describes an emergency?
She doesn’t diagnose or give medical advice. She says what you’ve told her to say for urgent cases (for example “call 112” or your mobile) and leaves you a message.
Can I bring in my existing appointments?
Yes. Past and upcoming appointments can be imported from a file, so Daphne knows which slots are taken.
Does it suit dentists and physios?
Yes, they’re among our most common users. Services with different lengths (cleaning, root canal, 45-minute session) are set up separately.
