What the service does
Pelatify Ltd (Cyprus) gives you a digital receptionist that answers your business’s calls, books appointments, answers questions from your own documents and takes messages. She always says she is a digital assistant.
What data we keep
For each call: the number that called, the duration, the outcome and a short summary. For each appointment: name, phone, service, time and a short note if the caller gives one. Calls are never recorded and we keep no audio.
Call summaries, caller numbers and messages are deleted automatically after 12 months. Appointments stay until you delete them or close the account.
Sensitive data
If you are a medical practice, your patients’ appointments are sensitive data. The assistant is instructed not to ask for or record health details beyond a short reason for the visit that the caller volunteers. Keep clinical notes in your own system, not here.
Who is responsible
You, the business, are the controller of your customers’ data. Pelatify is the processor, acting for you under our agreement. Partners that process data for us: ElevenLabs (voice, USA, under standard contractual clauses), Telnyx (telephony), Supabase (database, Frankfurt), Render (hosting, Frankfurt), Resend (email).
Your customers’ rights
Your customers can ask to see or delete their details. Every appointment and call is in your diary and call list and can be deleted there. For anything you cannot find, write to us and we delete it.
We suggest you publish this on your website or at your premises: “Calls to this number may be answered by a digital assistant provided by Pelatify Ltd, Cyprus. Calls are not recorded. We keep your name, phone number, the appointment details and a short summary of the call for up to 12 months to manage your appointment. You can ask us to see or delete this information at any time.”
Minutes and payment
One minute is charged for each minute the assistant is on the phone, rounded up. Minutes are valid for 12 months. When they run out the assistant stops answering and calls go to your own phone until you buy more. VAT is added to prices. Payment is by bank transfer, and minutes are added within two working hours of us seeing the payment.
Things to know
The assistant can make mistakes. Check your diary and confirm the appointments that matter yourself. She gives no medical, legal or financial advice. Pelatify may release a number that has had no minutes for 90 days.
Your own data
From Settings you can download all your data as a PDF at any time. To close the account, write to us; we delete everything and release the number.
This website
reception.pelatify.com uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The hosting server keeps technical logs (IP address, browser) for security. The live demo uses your microphone only when you press the button.
